How do the Jade and Dragonfly caskets differ?
Both catalogue entries record carved white jade lids and gold bodies. The Jade Casket combines diamond bands with ruby and emerald accents. The Dragonfly Casket records enamel dragonflies and diamond blossoms across a longer box form. Their surface treatments offer two ways to combine carving and gem-setting.
