The Pink Cascade Necklace

A diamond collar from which interlinked diamond rings cascade to a single large pear-cut pink gem.

A rigid diamond collar sits close against the throat, its surface set with rows of brilliant-cut stones that catch light in a continuous, quiet blaze. From the collar's lower edge, a cascade of interlocking diamond-set circles falls in graduated tiers, each ring articulated so the whole arrangement moves with the wearer, fluid as draped chain mail rendered in precious metal. The circles narrow as they descend, gathering the eye toward a single destination: a substantial pear-cut pink gemstone suspended at the lowest point of the composition. The stone's soft, saturated hue stands in studied contrast to the white brilliance surrounding it, its teardrop form lending the entire piece a sense of gravity and resolution. Worn, the necklace reads less as adornment than as sculpture in motion. The rigid collar anchors it with architectural certainty while the cascading fringe introduces a gentle sway, so each movement of the body sends light travelling downward through concentric rings of diamond toward that solitary, glowing pink centre.
