The Diamond Petal Ring

A pear-cut diamond cradled within sculpted pavé and pear-cut diamond petals.

A single pear diamond opens within petals, some pavé-set, some cut as whole pear and marquise diamonds, like a magnolia caught mid-bloom. The centre stone sits low and close to the hand, framed by layers that curl outward with the quiet tension of a flower on the verge of opening fully. Each petal has been shaped and set individually, the pavé graduating in density so that light gathers differently across every surface. The larger pear and marquise diamonds along the outer edges catch broad flashes, while the micro-set stones between them return a fine, continuous shimmer. Together, the effect is organic yet precise, as though the ring were grown rather than made. On the finger, the bloom sits with unexpected lightness. The white gold band tapers to a slender shank, letting the sculptural head appear to float. It is a ring that belongs to still, unhurried moments: candlelight on bare hands, the slow turn of a wrist.
