The Aqua Tide Bracelet

Square aquamarines and round peridots crest like surf around a leaping white-gold dolphin, the sea caught on the wrist. Each step-cut aquamarine is set in a clean collet that lets light pass through the stone from every angle, while the peridots, round and vivid, punctuate the cooler blues with a warm marine green. Together the stones trace a rolling wave pattern along the full circumference of the band. The dolphin at the clasp is modelled in polished white gold, its body arching mid-leap with a fluidity that suggests motion even at rest. Fine engraved lines define the musculature and fins, giving the figure a naturalist precision that rewards close looking. Every element of the bracelet, from the graduated stone settings to the sculpted centrepiece, is finished by hand as a single, unrepeatable composition.
